Data and public contact details

For your account, we store your email, name, consent timestamp, password hash (we cannot see the password itself) and, when you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password. For listings, we store the information and photos you provide. Contact details published with your consent can also be viewed by guests using the contact button. We remove metadata when processing photos.

Browser data and views

We use a session cookie for sign-in, security checks, language selection and distinguishing repeat views within a session. If you choose “Keep me signed in”, a persistent cookie keeps you signed in on that device for up to 180 days; logging out or changing your password cancels it. We count listing views. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Favorites and text drafts stay in your browser; drafts expire after 7 days and are removed after a successful save. Drafts do not include photos. Server logs may contain IP addresses and request times.

Retention and your rights

Zone hosts the website and email. Account and listing data is kept until deletion, and administrator activity logs for up to one year. You can delete your account from your profile; the last administrator must first appoint another administrator. Data in hosting backups disappears as those backups expire. To request a copy of your data or ask a question, contact us from your account's email address.
